Everyone says Pisa is a must so we stopped here for a day. The masses of tourists everywhere are truly astounding but the town was better than expected, particularly after we found a nice restaurant for lunch. There is more to see than the tower and the tower is nicer than I recalled from the pictures. It may be some time before our pictures are up on Smugmug since the internet here is quite bad.
